Celebrities go gaga for LaLa Laptop Bag
Posted on 14 Oct 2006
Jennifer Garner and Meg Ryan are just two of the celebrities who have snapped up the ultimate accessory for multi-tasking ladies who need to combine fashion with functionality – the Lala Laptop Bag.
The Lala Bag is about as far removed from the conventional, masculine styled laptop cases of yesteryear as you can get – in fact it’s a luxurious (and very feminine) tote, which is specifically designed to carry not only your laptop, but also your mobile phone, make-up case, sunglasses, and gym clothes – all in one gorgeously big bag.
This is the perfect antidote to lugging a separate handbag, laptop case and sports bag, which can leave you feeling with that “carthorse” feeling by the end of the day! The really great thing about the LaLa is that its roomy enough to fit any size laptop, and more than stylish enough to use as a conventional tote for day to day life, whether working, travelling or shopping.
The Lala Laptop Bag is available in Luscious Leather, Sophisticated Suede, or a combination of the two, with a range of styles and colours to choose from. The LaLa Laptop Bag is available at www.lalalaptop.com with prices ranging from $150.00.

Meg Ryan and Vogue Ready 'The Women'
Posted on 21 Sep 2006
Meg Ryan The Women The "devil" may wear Prada, but now the devil's employer is going to start producing movies. Sources tell me that V Entertainment, a business division under Vogue magazine, has signed on as a producer of the imminent remake of “The Women,” a long-planned project based on the wonderful 1939 movie of the same name.
Indeed, the two-year-old announcements that “The Women” remake was coming were premature. But now it seems that "Murphy Brown" creator Diane English has a script, and she also has Meg Ryan signed on to play the central role of a woman whose husband has left her for a shopgirl. Norma Shearer played the part in the original film.
I am told that offers to fill the other parts have gone out to a number of actresses. Other stars in the 1939 cast were Rosalind Russell, Joan Crawford and Paulette Goddard.

Meg Ryan may replace Annette Bening in "Homeland Security"
Posted on 08 Sep 2006
Meg Ryan Seems a change is about to be made on "Homeland Security" cast line-up. According to reports compiled by Production Weekly, Oscar-nominated actress Annette Bening may be replaced by "You've Got Mail" star Meg Ryan. No clear explanation yet on how the speculation suddenly sparks, so please keep up with this site for further information next.
Described as a mystery in the tradition of Alfred Hitchcock's "To Catch a Thief", "Security" has already billed Antonio Banderas as the lead actor with Thomas Joseph Adams and Norm MacDonald co-starring. Script is entrusted into the hands of George Gallo who also takes the helming duty. Filming is slated to begin on October 2 at locations around Shreveport, Louisiana and will run for about one month.
Meg Ryan, a native of Fairfield, Connecticut, has long been known to be an actress specializing in romantic comedies. Her past credits include "When Harry Met Sally" (1989), "Sleepless in Seattle" (1993), and "Kate & Leopold" (2001) opposite Hugh Jackman.
